Calendar dropdown not responding

Hi, for the last week or two I cant enter / change calendar days by clicking with my mouse. This includes clicking the right & left arrows. Nothing responds - the calendar just collapses back and shows the date already entered. I can overtype but it's getting frustrating. Ive tried in both Safari and Chrome, and checked my operating system currency. Like I said - it worked fine but now doesn't work at all.

    Thanks for sharing about your problem with updating the calendar option. Your message didn't specify which window you're having the issue on. It might be helpful to add some photos and more details to your message so that other users can assist you better.

     

    Alternatively, you could reach out to the support team via the MyAccount window or use the live chat through MOCA.

  • The same thing is happening to me and several other bugs that didn't exist when I did my last GST return 2 months ago.  So frustrating.  Also when trying to reconcile for two months, several items from within the period are being ignored so I can't balance.  Is there an email address to get help from Support as I have screenshots showing the error/bug occuring.  Thanks

    Sorry - correction - I am able to select different days on the month displayed, but the arrows to go forward and backwards in months doesn't function and nor does clicking on the month hame dropdown.

    I’ve checked, and there don’t seem to be any ongoing issues of this nature reported. I recommend creating a support ticket from the MyAccount window since the support team will respond via email, and then you can send your attachment as a response. You can read through this link for more information regarding the support ticket process.

    One example location is the bank transactions window when I want to change the date of a search range. I am attaching a screenshot as well as a screen recording.

    The recording shows that while I can click on other days in the displayed month successfully, when I try to right or left arrow between months, or use the year dropdown, I get no response.screen recording - link to dropbox
