MYOB Accountright not responding

Is anyone having issues with Accountright? Trying to process apyrolla nd it is not responding, timing out constantly

  • Hi there, did you manage to get your payroll to process? Im just doing ours today and its timing out. Same problem happens every year when its the first payrun for the new FY :(

    Eventually, I had to leave it for a few hours, and then it worked.

    Hi TQ1,

     

    Sorry for the late response. One thing to watch for is updating employee card information while there’s still an ongoing pay run in the background, then jumping back into it afterwards, as that can sometimes lead to a timeout. A handy workaround is to recreate the pay run in smaller batches and see if that gets things through without triggering the same error message. If it’s still timing out after that, it’d be best to reach out to our support team via the Contact Us Page so they can take a closer look.
