Thanks for checking in, and sorry about the delay in getting back to you about your Change of Primary Contact request. I've had a look and we've followed up your request for you. It looks like the only thing holding things up is that we haven't received a government-issued ID for the new primary contact just yet. Once that's sent through, we'll be able to move ahead with the change. You can simply reply to the auto-reply email you received when you first lodged the form and attach the ID there, and our team will pick it up and get things rolling.
