Actually my complaint started on the 11th of June however the consultant I spoke to that day clearly did not raise my complaint for me. I have it all in an email trail that you will see within my case number.
it’s been two months of waiting to hear from someone and if I don’t get a response in the next few days I’m escalating to the AFCA. Your customer service is beyond disappointing for the price we pay to have a service with you.
