Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community Forum. Depending on the MYOB product that you're using, you will then need to install and use the same version that your client is using on your computer or laptop. You may use this sample file to replicate how to do it. If you want to upload it online, the serial number in the company file must match the serial number on your subscription. This cannot happen with a Clearwater file. You would be better off creating a new file offline, adding or importing the transactions you want to start with, activating the file with your serial number, and then uploading it online.
