How to stop MYOB auto allocation of invoice payments

This doesn't work.  Mine is toggled to the 'off' setting and it is still automatically applying payments to the invoices and, if the amount is the same as another invoice, it will quite often apply it to the incorrect invoice.  Please help!

    If the toggle off function does not work in your file, it may be best to reach our team so you can get it troubleshooted. You can reach out via the MyAccount or online help.
