Hi brians1,
Currently, we are aware of this issue where the MYOB Business dashboard may show different information compared to the file. One possibility is that the dashboard and the file are not synchronized in real-time, causing a delay in the update of the information. This could happen if there are many transactions being processed at the same time. Our team is actively investigating these issues to identify the root cause and implement solution for this.
