Hi brians1,
Currently, we are aware of this issue where the MYOB Business dashboard may show different information compared to the file. One possibility is that the dashboard and the file are not synchronized in real-time, causing a delay in the update of the information. This could happen if there are many transactions being processed at the same time. Our team is actively investigating these issues to identify the root cause and implement solution for this.

Thanks Earl. I have been using this since June 1 when I created 45 membership dues invoices and later that month another 70 invoices for dining fees. Hopefully this can be rectified. Would an upgrade make any difference?
I do have another MYOB account which I started in 2008 as well as a number of smaller items running on 19-8

I understand that you'll need to have those invoices showing as unpaid to be rectified. With that, I highly suggest reaching out to our support team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount so they can look into it and see if an upgrade can make any difference.
