live chat feature missing

I cant get any help, been waiting on phone for one hour.  I tried to add my accountant to myob, didnt work on his end, so I cancelled it to start again, now its says, sorry that email is already being used, eventhough I cancelled it.  Also, the other person I added to access the accounts cannot get in either.

    Sorry to hear that you have had that experience with contacting our phone-based team, but a warm welcome to the Community Forum.

     

    I'd be happy to look into the error you have when trying to invite users. To do this could you please confirm the following over Private Message:

    • Serial number (or client ID)
    • Account name and primary contact name 
    • Email address you were using when you attempted to invite them
    • Email addresses of the affected users
