This error normally occurs when the user already has access to the file and therefore does not need to accept the invitation. Please get the user to log in to the file directly instead of accepting the invitation and if they still get the same error, please send me their email address and your product serial number by Private Message so we can investigate this further.

Thanks for your response, however, this user, who was new to our company, had never had access to our file before so this was obviously not the problem.
The next day I was able to resend the invitation and the new user was able to accept. I presume it was some 'glitch' in the system the previous day.
