Hi yobers,

This may need further troubleshooting, I recommend  to clear your browser cache and history, as this can help resolve website issues such as pages not loading or formatting problems. If this does not resolve the issue, try logging in from a different device, such as your mobile phone or another computer, and use the URL app.myob.com to log in to your account.

    We are having the same issue still in January 2025. Have cleared the history for all time in Safari but the site app.myob.com is still not working. Any other solutions?

    I followed all instructions given and now can't even open Safari.

    We ended up going to the Google Chrome website and downloading it to the macbook air. This has worked for now.
