Trying to change my email address

I have tried several times to change my email address & i am unable to do so.

My .tpg address will cease to work very soon & i need to replace it with a new email address.

    I totally get how crucial it is to update your email address, especially with your current one soon becoming inactive. Usually, you can change your login email yourself through My Account. But if you're unable to do so and need to do it urgently, the best bet is to get in touch with our live chat support team. To connect with a live chat agent, please start by contacting our virtual assistant, MOCA, through myob.com/support. If MOCA is unable to resolve your issue, it will transfer you directly to our live chat team for further help.
