From the screenshot you've shared, it appears that the business owner might have invited you via my.myob.com instead of directly from the business file. To resolve this, the file owner will need to open each business file individually and ensure that your email addresses are invited from there.
If this scenario doesn't apply, you can seek immediate assistance from our support sites like myob.com/support or myaccount.myob.com. She tried inviting both ways - once through My.MYOB but also from the business file. We got hte same error message when trying to access from both types of invites. The strange thing is all 3 files were invited the same way and 1 works, 2 don't.
