That is odd. If the payment keeps bouncing back even after making sure all the info is correct, the Pay Super team will need to check what happened.
Please contact MYOB Support and include your business name, employee name, payment amount and date, payment reference, and a screenshot of the return. You can reach out by creating a ticket in My Account or connecting with our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant.
