Hi there mareecav,
You can add another approving manager aside from the current one. Just a heads up, this is per location and not per employee. But if there's only one employee at that location, you can still have two approving managers. Your approving manager doesn't need to have access to your payroll. Once you've added an approving manager, their only access is to approve timesheets. Here's a link regarding MYOB Team that you can check for more information.

Thanks so much for your reply. Just to clarify please --
I have tried 2 approving managers but the 2nd one does not have the same employees listed to add? Do i have to create a new location with same employees to create and extra manager?
Also, the manager has the team app like all staff, does this mean he only approves from this app, and not team.myob.com ?

Hi mareecav,
Yes, you can create a new location and reassign the same employees to this new location. This will allow you to add an extra manager with the same employees. Regarding the manager's approval process, they can approve timesheets and other tasks both from the MYOB Team mobile app and from the team.myob.com website. If the manager is only using the mobile app, they can still perform approvals there, but they also have the option to use the web platform for the same purpose.

Thank you that’s great I’ve set up a new location. But Our manager doesn’t have access to myob at all, and it appears he requires access to use team.myob
