If you wish to add an approving manager, he or she must be added as well in the employees window under the MYOB Team Admin portal. Refer to the screenshot below.
If you are the business owner, you will have the option to download or not to download the application since you can access it through the MYOB Team Admin portal. For more information about this, please check out the Help Article: Getting started with MYOB Team.
