Asking employee to sign in to the App every

Team App on iphone is asking the employee to sign in with user name and password every time.

 

Phone is up to date and employee has deleted the app and reinstalled it several times but to no avail.

 

Ideas??

    Hey Max8,

     

    It's completely normal for the MYOB Team app to ask for a username and password each time it's used. This is a standard security measure to ensure that only authorised users can access the app. In addition, there have been no reported issues regarding the login process for the MYOB Team app. If there is, you can check our status hub for any updates.

      If this is the case why does it allow a 4 digit passcode?

        Hi smartie,

        When using the MYOB Team app, you only need to use your email and password to log in. There is no need to input the Authenticator code or use two-factor authentication (2FA).
