Thanks for your post. Both of those errors relate to terminated employees. Go to the STP reporting centre>>Employee terminations tab and make sure terminated employees have a termination reason and the termination date is after the start date.
To update those details you will need to remove the termination by clicking on Undo, you can then re-do the termination.

Thanks for your reply.
The reason the termination date is BEFORE the commencement date, is that this particular employee left the business and then rejoined the business some months later. This is why the termination date is before the commencement date, as it is a second commencement date.
I'm not comfortable in permanently deleting this information, as payroll information is required to be kept for 7 years, by law. Please could you advise what is the best solution to this problem? Thank you.

While certain records need to be kept, they don't need to be kept in your MYOB file - they can be kept on paper, a printed report, or a backup copy of your MYOB file.
Alternatively create a new employee card with appropriate notation.
