Bank file
i have done a payroll and downloaded the bank file, But on checking the bank file i see not all the staff payments are on there, can you tell me why and can you see previous bank files Thank you

Did you encounter any error messages upon completing the pay run? Did you see the following screen?
Are the employees' pay visible under Payroll >> Pay runs? Please ensure that you've selected the correct date range to include the pay date of the pay runs.
Furthermore, ensure that your employees' payment methods are set to electronic if you intend to create a bank file.
