Can I do a separate pay run for backpay

I need to pay backpay for an employee. Can I do a separate pay run just for the back pay? My next pay run is not due for a fortnight, and I want to pay it out as a separate payment before the end of ...

I'm not able to download any Reports to excel (from the 'Reports' module) but I can download account transactions to Excel from the 'Find transactions' section.  Everything was working fine a week ago, and now suddenly I can't download only from Reports.  Seems odd it does it from one section and not another in the same MYOB file.  This is the error msg I get each time.
