Separate cards for employee?

We have an employee who works part time in one division and casually in another. Does she need to have 2 separate cards?

    Welcome to the Community Forum.

We generally don't recommend having 2 cards for the same employee as the software will recognise the employee's TFN and Super Membership Number having the same number.

You might want to check with the ATO if they recommend assigning this employee as a Casual or Part-Time employee, then check out our Help Article that has instructions on how to deal with Changing an employee from full time, part time or casual.
