Cannot change pay run payment date?

    Hey mpnile,

     

    it appears that the payment date for a pay run in your system is defaulting to the day after the pay period end date, which would explain why the system is automatically setting it to the 1st of the following month. This is expected behaviour in the payroll system, where the default payment date typically aligns with the day after the pay period end date. You can reach out to support team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount. They would be able to assist you with this.
