Cannot set up a new employee if they don't have an email address

On the browser, you cannot complete setting up an employee if they don't have an email address. It's rare, but it happens!

So now I have to start over on the desktop... another time waster where the browser is too restrictive.

 

(Note I don't want to send them the details request - ever - as we have another process for that).

    Hi georgieh,

     

    I'm sorry for the late reply, and thanks for the patience. A new employee does need their own valid email address to be set up, because the my.MYOB login is created or linked using that email, and the setup/password steps are sent there. If they don’t have an email address yet, the best option would be to get one created for them first, then add them as the employee.
