When setting up casual employees, you'll need to create a separate pay item for the casual loading since it has a different rate. Don't set up the hourly rate to include the casual loading. Here's a link that you can follow for detailed steps when setting up casual loading.

Is there an update to this for the correct link, not leave loading, but casual loading, in away where you don't have to manually adjust it every pay.
