I originally had the casual loading below the line. But the correct way is to set up a standard set of codes for your casuals and full timers. They have different multipliers to get the rates. Then use those codes in your standard pays. Also when you are exporting from somewhere like deputy rostering, your codes are already prepared, as deputy expects the casual rate to be the base rate (ordinary hours).
