We are just starting to use MYOB Lite now. Fortnightly pays since 1 July have been processed correctly and Super paid fortnightly. We simply need to catch up with loading the pays on the system for STP purposes, but do not want any payments to be duplicated. We certainly do not want Super to automatically process again. Any ideas before i begin the loads please?

I understand you want to catch up the pays for STP without duplicating the payments or having super processed again. No need to re-enter or reload the previous pay runs. Since the payments and super have already been processed, entering them again could create duplicate transactions. As long as your year-to-date figures are correct, you can simply set up STP and continue with your next pay run. The earlier pays won’t appear as “Not sent” in STP, but their YTD amounts will still be included in the STP Phase 2 reporting. You also shouldn’t need to do anything with the super already paid, so it won’t be processed again. Just check that your payroll YTD figures match what has actually been paid before proceeding.
