Changes to employee self-onboarding
Do you all sit in a meeting room at the MYOB Head Office and try to figure out how to annoy your users even further? This is ridiculous.
Title: Changes to employee self-onboarding
"All new employees will now be invited to self-onboard"
To get around this, I have to now go in and send a request for every serial number I have. ANOTHER WASTE OF MY TIME!
We don't use MYOB self-onboarding because it's rubbish and we have proper contracts with proper policies to sign, with the proper ability to upload qualifications and certificates.
Ironically, it's FlareHR that we use to onboard. Ironic, because this feature in MYOB is supported by Flare. Even more ridicuolous is that Flare is owned by MYOB.
Just a pity that no one at MYOB thought it would be a good idea to link the two platforms together so I wouldn't have to manually add in the employee to MYOB from Flare. But it's way better than the paper files we used to have employees fill out.
Note: FlareHR only integrates with MYOB Acumatica - Workforce Management, which is useless to me because it costs a fortune. About $140 - $300 per user per month! Plus an initial scoping and implementation fee of about $60,000 to $90,000. Absolutely insane for a program that has a lot of market competition with better functionality at a tiny fraction of the cost.
I honestly just don't get it. It's almost like you're intentionally trying to push people away from your product. There's a reason no one has posted to Ideas Exchange in over 12 months. You just don't listen. None of you. And I honestly feel sorry for you.
