Desktop and Online portal showing different figures

Hi I'm just wondering if someone can help me with why the online portal and the desktop figures look different. Reports from both avenues seem to be the same but when we go online to the homepage with the graphs the amounts look very different. Particularly the superannuation, GST and PAYGW are way off! Thanks

    Hi Bechadds,

Thanks for reaching out. I can understand why that would be concerning, especially with the superannuation, GST and PAYGW amounts showing differently. The homepage graphs are designed as a quick overview, so they may calculate or group figures differently from the detailed reports. The browser and desktop versions can also display some reports differently. For example, GST transactions may be grouped by transaction type in desktop but by individual line or account in the browser. Differences can also occur if the reports use different dates, cash or accrual settings, GST mappings, or payable accounts. For super and PAYGW, the homepage figures are based on the linked payroll payable accounts, so an incorrect or inconsistent account link can make the graph differ from the Super payments or payroll reports. For GST, the GST report is the best place to confirm the amount for the relevant period, rather than relying on the homepage tile.

    Regards,
