Employee Annual Leave amount is not deducting from Annual Leave total

I cannot get the annual leave amount to be correct.  The Annual Leave Loading calculates correctly, but the Annual Leave does not.  Please help?

    Hi wjdavidson158,

     

    No stress, I’ve got you! Annual leave often fails to deduct because the Annual Leave Wage pay item isn’t linked to the Annual Leave entitlement. Make sure your employee’s annual leave accrual is set up properly. You can check out this link for a step-by-step guide on setting up leave and entitlements.

    Hi Princess,

     

    I have tried all the steps and mor and it is still not working.  I cannot get my clients staff members pay to record the annual pay and take it off his leave balance.  Can someone please call me asap.  I am overseas in the UK.  Best time to get me is between 4 and 5pm your time, which is 7 - 8am my time.  If you can call me on Tuesday 21st, that would be great.

    Hi wjdavidson158,

     

    That's a tricky one, especially after you've already worked through all the steps and it's still not playing nice. I can see why you'd want someone to jump in and sort it with you. Just a heads up, we're not able to line up outbound callbacks, even at specific times.
