Hi SuzanneMyob,

 

With MYOB Business Payroll, the deduction will reduce the employee's pay but it won't create a payment in the bank file, so you'll just need to manually pay the Ministry of Justice (like a bank transfer from your business account), as adding them directly to the payroll bank file isn't supported.
