Employee Self-Onboarding Information data has failed

Hi,    A new employee has filled out their information request and is now completed.   When trying to view the information it shows an error and when I try to sync the information, I receive this...

I appreciate you telling us about that issue with employee self-onboarding. We always want to give you a great experience with support and with using MYOB. To resolve this, please try to use a different browser or a private window, and kindly clear the cache in your web browser.

I have used several browsers and also cleared the cache on all of them, problem still persisting.
