Employee with 2 super accounts

That setup can get a little fiddly, but yes, you can work with two different super funds for different contributions. A practical way to handle it is to:

• Keep the employee’s usual fund set up for the SGC amount.
• When you’re ready to pay the salary sacrifice amount from Pay Superannuation, go into the employee card and swap the fund to the other super fund first.
• Process that payment to the correct fund.
