Yep, you’re spot on! The YTD Verification Report only shows the amounts that the ATO actually needs for STP reporting, so things like employee reimbursements (which aren’t reportable) won’t pop up there. But you might still see them in your Payroll Summary Report, since that includes everything. If you double-check the EOFY Finalization tab, hit those three dots next to the employee’s name and you’ll see the full breakdown. Anything that’s not counted as gross payments is separated out for you. When you put the gross YTDs together from both places, they’ll match up.
As long as your payroll transactions look right, your STP reporting lines up with what the ATO wants, so you’re good to wrap up those EOFY tasks. You might want to check this other forum post here that deal with the same thing.
