EOFY Payroll Finaliasation

Hi there, 

 

I'm trying to finalise EOFY Payroll, however after I found some mistakes, fixed and Send Update Event. It appeared the message: "The Payment Date falls within the lock period. You can't record pays dated in the lock period. Contact your administrator for more information". 

 

Would you please let me know why I could not send an update? How do I unlock period.

    Hi Jackies,

     

    I have not received any solutions for this. 

     

    The problem I have is the figure in YTD reporting more than the Payroll summaries. I've been trying to contact ATO to see if they could help but they keep telling me to contact MYOB.
