EOFY Payroll Reporting

I am trying to finalise the EOFY payroll. I enter the Section 57A amounts but no total shows on the reported Section 57a amounts.

if I proceed with lodging I receive an error “Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh browser.”

I have done this but nothing changes. Any ideas?

    Hi Jaeli35 ,

Thanks for your post with screenshot. The entered values won't display at the top of the screen (under the Enable RFBA option) until you've completed the finalization. I recommend visiting this help article for more information.

Thanks for your reply. I entered the RFBA, reported but then I receive the message Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh your browser. I have done this several times & receive the same message

  • I am having the same problem and have tried many times.

I have done exactly what that procedure says and it still comes up with the same error

"Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the browser.

    Hi ellierae ,

My apologies for the late response. If you encounter this issue again in the future, try clearing your browser's cache and history to avoid any browser discrepancies.

    Regards,
    Earl

    Hi there ellierae and Jaeli35

In addition to the workaround provided by Earl_HDif RFBA amount has been entered, it would be best to check if it's within the minimum threshold set by ATO. See this link for more information.

    Best regards,

    Doreen
