As per checking the screenshot you have attached, you are still on STP (Single Touch Payroll) Phase 1. We highly recommend moving to STP Phase 2 to avoid receiving this type of error message. You may check The Help Article: Getting ready for STP Phase 2 for more information. Also, kindly clear the browser cache and try using a different browser.
