Yes I have been trying to do the payrun all day and get the error message too. After waiting for 1 hour for someone to answer the phone and to be told there is a glitch in the payroll software and they dont know when the payroll will be up and running again - how is this going to help us? I have employees who live week to week so have to do the payroll TODAY. I told the customer service lady that at least put up a notice in the payroll software so people dont have to wait for an hour for them to answer the phone. **bleep** service - Im out of here for payroll after this - No more MYOB for me.... there are better payroll software systems that give actual customer support.
I agree with you - MYOB is really unreliable and not fit for purpose I feel... bring back the old ACEPayroll!
