Forum Discussion
Hi, Ekant
Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.
The error message you received generally happens when you are not yet added as a declarer for STP. We would recommend adding yourself as a declarer. You may check the Help Article: Add a declarer for Single Touch Payroll reporting for further information on how to add one. Lastly, you may check the user access. This is to ensure that payroll access is ticked. To check, kindly click the business name > Select Users > Click your name > Under Access, check if Payroll is ticked.
Please let us know if you require any further assistance with this.
Best regards,
Doreen
Hi Darren,
Thank you for replying.
I have tried below solution but it is still giving me the same error. Declarer and SBR reporting were all updated but still wont work. It doesnt allow me to progress further therefore i cant record the pays or send payslips to staff.
Regards,
Ekant.

HI
Iam having same isue today
I spent hours following the support person on the Chat.
i was advised to
1) go to each employee , open their leave tab and click on save.... i repeate ths exercise for 46 employees and each time i contunue to get same error
2) i was told to clear my cache / browsing history.....i did that many times and re run the payroll. Same issue keeps coming
3) I was told to log out and log in and re run the payroll....when it comes to Record and report....same issue....did that more then 7 times
4) the 2nd Chat support person who tried to help for 30 minutes, inthe end asked me to close all browsers. i told him that i can close except where i am, chatting as i will loose him. He insisted and i lost him....re ran payroll....same issue
This is very frustrating as Payroll on time is critical in our industry
