Glitch with pay runs occurring twice and gross not net showing.

Hello!

Two parts to this question...

I ran the profit and loss report for March and on the 1/3 when i did a pay run, it doubled it/ran it twice - how did this happen and how do I fix it?

The end of the month I had to pay my staff on the Thursday as the Friday was Good Friday - how do I match these up?

Also (sorry third question) I have noticed that the pay run for one employee is showing on the report as the gross amount and not the net. What can I do to fix this issue?

    Thank you for the post. I'll be glad to assist you with this. Please go to Reports>>Payroll reports, and check the payroll register, payroll activity and YTD verification report if the figures are incorrect on the same pay run or duplicate pay run. Then reverse the pay run. Fixing a pay (myob.com) has detailed instructions to assist you with this.

     

    It's normal that the gross amount is showing and not the net on the report.
