Leave Taken Report
Is there any way I can get details of the leave taken by an employee (who's is disputing leave entitlement) ?

There is! You can jump into the Leave Balance (Detail) report. It shows the employee’s leave balance, leave hours taken, and hours accrued, and you can run it over whatever date range you need to sort the dispute. One other problem Im having is LSL I have entered the hours bought forward from another software but it has not been accruing since the first b/f balance do you know how I can fix this ?

If your employee LSL hasn’t been accruing off that brought‑forward balance. Quick fix is to make sure the LSL entitlement exists and accrues (not zero), link it to the LSL wage category, use Exempt settings to keep overtime/allowances out, assign the employee to that entitlement, run a $0 void pay after the changes, and confirm ordinary hours isn’t marked exempt from LSL.
