Leave Taken Report
Is there any way I can get details of the leave taken by an employee (who's is disputing leave entitlement) ?

There is! You can jump into the Leave Balance (Detail) report. It shows the employee’s leave balance, leave hours taken, and hours accrued, and you can run it over whatever date range you need to sort the dispute.
