One other problem Im having is LSL I have entered the hours bought forward from another software but it has not been accruing since the first b/f balance do you know how I can fix this ?

If your employee LSL hasn’t been accruing off that brought‑forward balance. Quick fix is to make sure the LSL entitlement exists and accrues (not zero), link it to the LSL wage category, use Exempt settings to keep overtime/allowances out, assign the employee to that entitlement, run a $0 void pay after the changes, and confirm ordinary hours isn’t marked exempt from LSL.
