Hi BarryM1,
There’s no set limit on how much payroll you can process in the software. There is a limit on how many employees you can have in MYOB Business, though. For the full rundown, have a read of the help article “Payroll limits and fees.”

When I log in to MYMYOB, it shows that our program, Business Pro, is inactive. Can you assist, please? I still don't know our current situation regarding the number of employees.

Hi BarryM1,
That's a bit odd. If your MYOB Business file is showing as inactive, the quickest way to sort this is for us to check your subscription and account details. Please give our team a call, jump onto live chat via our virtual assistant MOCA, or create a support ticket via MyAccount so we can securely verify everything, and re-activate if needed.
Cheers,
Princess

Hi BarryM1 ,
Are you still having issues with this? We encountered payrun limits all of a sudden in our last payroll and we found that we were able to process around 60 employees at one time. We have around 150 employees to pay in our payroll file and we've never had an issue up until last month.
Our accountant just advised me that she spoke with MYOB support and that there is a 50 employee "limit". Very odd for MYOB to introduce a limit like this all of a sudden considering one of the AccountRight tiers says "unlimited employees".

Hi BarryM1,
That’s a bit strange, an active account should normally show up on your screen, so this definitely needs a closer look. I’ve checked the client ID you gave (which I’ve removed here for security), and it’s actually linked to an AccountRight Live Plus subscription, not a Business Pro one.
To properly check what’s going on, our team will need to look at your file from our side. The best next step is to give our support team a call, or chat with our virtual assistant MOCA, which can then connect you to our live chat team so they can help you get into your account quickly.
Cheers,
Princess
