An employee will keep accruing leave hours as long as they are linked to the leave accrual. Long service leave is a special treat that depends on how many years they’ve been loyal to the company. And if an employee doesn't need to accrue leave, then you can adjust their leave entitlements by recording a zero dollar pay run.
