Missing Pay Run

We have a missing Pay Run?  We pay wages fornightly.  I have a Pay Run 29/07/2026, and then the next is 26/08/2026. No 12/08/2026 but when the administrator processed the pay run on 11/08/2026, sh...

Hi Corne, 

 

I can see why this is concerning, especially as you processed the 11 August pay run and printed a report, but can’t find it now.

 

Just a quick check:

  1. Go to Payroll > Pay runs and filter by the pay run's payment date. Set the status to All.
  2. Check the affected employee’s Pay history.
  3. Run the Payroll Activity and Payroll Register reports for that period.

If it doesn’t appear in any of these areas, add the results to your existing support request to help the team investigate that specific pay run.
