My Payday Super keeps failing. The error message is "Clearing House error source failed" What does this mean

“Source Failed” means the direct debit was dishonoured. A couple of cozy checks:

• Make sure there are enough funds in the bank account
• Check the bank details in Pay Super are correct
• Once that’s sorted, record and reprocess the returned super contribution
