Q1. Is there a Desktop version like MYOB Account right for MYOB Business Payroll Only
Q2. Is there a way to change the opening balance of leave as current balance for staff is incorrect / recorded incorrectly

Totally get that having a desktop app can feel steadier, especially if your internet’s a bit patchy. Just a heads‑up, MYOB Business Payroll Only is cloud‑only, so there isn’t a matching desktop app for it.
As for your leave balance question, the easiest way to fix this is with a $0 (void) pay run. Set everything in the pay to $0, then add just the entitlement adjustment in the leave section to bring the balance to what it should be.
