Thanks for your response. If the paycode doesn't specify a quantity, it shouldn't have any impact. However, you can still delete it if necessary. For more information, please refer to this help page: Making pay codes inactive

Hi there
Thanks for the advice regarding pay code. This hasn't helped though, the Employer Monthly Schedule report still shows three pays. Everything else only shows one pay.
Please advise how to fix.

Thanks for your response.
If the pay runs are only showing nil amounts and they were only processed once, with no duplicates in the pay slip, pay run summary report, or EIR, you're good to disregard those nil payments. As long as there are no duplicates in any figures in your report.
