You’re not the only one seeing this, we’ve had similar reports of the MYOB Team app and admin portal freezing or needing multiple refreshes, and in many cases it’s been sorted with some basic troubleshooting.
First, make sure everyone is on the latest version of the MYOB Team app from the App Store/Google Play. If it still freezes, fully sign out, force close the app or browser, then reopen. Also double-check the device has a stable internet connection when entering or approving times.
