MYOB Teams Not working

Our staff cannot acces Team at present to log hours worked. Error message "A problem occurred attempting to load MYOB Team. Please try again later" Anyone else experiencing teh same?

  • think the solution is this Earl -

     

    uninvite employee

    remove Team APP from phone

    update OS on phone 

    reinvite employee

    accept invite

    install Team APP

     

    Employee can then use APP. Think the OS on phone must be latest.

      I'm interested to know if partners/users are having this problem. I have a site with 14 employees and only 4 can log into Team to do timesheets. Have uninvited, and reinstalled app but will try to update the Phone OS in case this is a problem.  Lynley

        Thanks for reaching out. My advice is to create a different location and then re-add the employees. If the issue persists, attempt logging in using a different device.

    Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

     

    Does the error message appear when they are signing into the MYOB team app? Kindly advise the employee to uninstall and then reinstall the application. Also, make sure that they have the updated version of the MYOB team app as well as the operating system of their phone.
